IHT mainly works with Village Councils, Ward Councils and Local Government. These community-led organizations enable the community to join together in dialogue to support positive change; participating in planning, decision-making and evaluation at the community, village or ward level. Formation of Self-Help Groups, Savings Groups, and Village Committee’s are also used as methods to mobilize communities and encourage their participation.
